  Overview of Tibetan and Nepalese metal bowls, bells and other tools and their vibrational qualities
  
  Session 2: Techniques & Practices - 2 Hrs
  Structuring a sound healing session

  Using the bowls, bells and Chimes (striking, circling, placements)
  Sound exercises, chakra healing and energy alignment
  Hands-on guided practices
  
  Session 3: Class Planning & Healing Sessions - 2 Hrs
  Structuring a full sound healing session
