Deep Release Meditation takes you further inward with a guided experience focused on deeper healing and release, incorporating stillness techniques, gentle movement, and shaking practices to help let go of stored tension and emotional blocks.
The Kundalini Sound Workshop focuses on clearing stagnant energy and awakening dormant energy, guiding it upward through higher chakras using sound and vibrational practices.
After the session, enjoy complimentary snacks and a relaxed space to unwind, connect, and share experiences with others. It’s a great opportunity to reflect, ask questions, and build meaningful connections within the community.
